Customer Host Supervisor (12‑hour contract)

About the role

White Stuff is looking for a Customer Host Supervisor to join its retail team on a 12‑hour contract. You will work closely with the Shop Manager to ensure an outstanding customer experience and maintain high visual and commercial standards in the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service aligned with the A.C.E pillars.
• Collect and manage customer data in compliance with data‑protection regulations, encouraging email sign‑ups and conversions.
• Promote multichannel shopping, including endless‑aisle orders, to customers and staff.
• Maintain visual standards, support floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and ensure product replenishment.
• Understand product features (fit, style, fabrics) and communicate them to customers.
• Make commercial decisions on stock, promotions and sales opportunities; coordinate key trading events.
• Communicate shop KPIs to the team, lead briefings in the manager’s absence, and drive continuous performance improvement.
