Customer Service & Loan Collections Associate

About the role

Join Sutherland as a Banking, Insurance and Customer Service Associate, handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with loan collections, payments, and account inquiries. You will help customers maintain strong credit standing while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on account status, resolve issues, and secure payments or payment arrangements.
• Contact delinquent customers, overcome objections, and guide them to meet contract obligations.
• Maintain positive relationships with the Loan Servicing team and meet production goals.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, agile in a fast‑paced environment, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ with a valid government ID, TRN and NIS card.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM applications.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PC keyboarding.
• Tech‑savvy troubleshooting and ability to resolve technical issues.
