Customer Support Ambassador – Remote (Jamaica)

About the role

Join New York Solar Program as a Customer Support Ambassador and help homeowners understand the benefits of solar energy with no upfront cost. This fully remote position is open to candidates living in Jamaica who have remote work experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas, build rapport, set and reschedule appointments.
• Educate homeowners on government‑funded solar incentives and the advantages of switching now.
• Manage CRM tools, use sales resources, and participate in ongoing coaching.

Required profile

• Excellent English oral and written communication (C1 level).
• Resident of Jamaica with remote work experience.
• Willingness to learn, outgoing personality, strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri, 2‑hour shift on Saturdays).
• Must have high‑speed internet, a computer or laptop, and a headset.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
