Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep and repair of club facilities, warehouse equipment, and related infrastructure. This role ensures safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Construct, repair, and maintain fixtures, structures, and equipment within the club.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment and conduct weekly fogging.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of warehouse floor areas and manage trash removal.
• Secure equipment, spare parts, and tools, and support special projects such as marketing installations.

Required profile

• Five CSEC subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Maintenance, Building Services Maintenance, HVAC, or Plumbing.
• Valid General Driver's License and 2–5 years of experience in facility, building, or industrial maintenance.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to follow safety and security regulations.
