About the role

The Field Sales Specialist will drive new business for a performance‑driven digital growth agency across Jamaica. You will act as a trusted advisor, presenting tailored digital marketing strategies that generate measurable revenue growth for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with business owners, executives and decision‑makers.
• Present customized digital growth strategies aligned with prospect objectives.
• Communicate the value, outcomes and ROI of solutions clearly.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events and industry opportunities.
• Support final‑stage sales meetings by addressing strategic questions and reinforcing confidence.
• Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals and in‑person prospecting.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage prospects through the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client transition and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide regular sales updates, forecasts and opportunity reporting.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling high‑value solutions.
• Experience in enterprise, corporate B2B sales or related sectors such as insurance, automotive, real estate, technology or consulting.
• Confidence engaging business owners and senior executives.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong understanding of consultative and solution‑based selling approaches.
