Financial Advisor – Client‑Focused Insurance & Investment Role

About the role

The Financial Advisor will deliver client‑centered financial guidance, helping individuals and businesses understand their insurance and financial options and make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess financial goals, risk profiles and insurance needs.
• Develop and present tailored insurance, investment and retirement solutions, including detailed financial plans and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and conduct periodic reviews to adjust strategies as needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to ensure seamless service, follow up on inquiries and support clients through policy changes and claims processes.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and advisory skills with the ability to assess client needs and develop tailored strategies.
• Solid understanding of finance, investments, risk assessment and portfolio recommendations.
• Experience in retirement planning and designing long‑term savings and protection solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting targets, managing time effectively and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Relevant professional certification or diploma in finance, economics, business or a related field preferred.
