Financial Advisor (Life Insurance)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Financial Advisor within the Life Department of Covenant Insurance Brokers Limited. You will guide clients through personalized life‑insurance solutions, build lasting relationships, and help expand the company’s insurance portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life‑insurance plans.
• Conduct financial analysis to match products with client objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Generate leads, prospect new insurance clients, and close sales.
• Provide expert advice and support throughout the policy selection process.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Insurance sales experience; a long‑term or equity licence is a plus.
• Minimum of five CSEC qualifications, including Mathematics and English.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based environment.
