Industrial Relations Investigator

About the role

Centerfield is seeking an Industrial Relations Investigator to lead disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering harmonious workplace relations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage all disciplinary matters and grievance cases escalated to HR.
• Conduct investigatory interviews, produce detailed investigation reports, and represent the company in hearings.
• Monitor daily grievance distribution, identify process gaps, and propose improvements.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and develop enhanced disciplinary procedures.

Required profile

• BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of HR/IR experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and HR policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication, negotiation, conflict‑management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously or collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
