About the role
The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for executing the assigned inventory plan, identifying and correcting discrepancies, and ensuring accurate stock records across client accounts. This role works closely with clients, management, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and execute the assigned inventory plan and meet quarterly objectives.
- Identify, analyze, and correct potential causes of inventory discrepancies.
- Plan and conduct cycle counts based on ABC classification.
- Maintain communication channels with clients and management.
- Control damage, obsolescence, and expiration levels through regular reporting.
- Lead daily inventory meetings and propose corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations between system records and client inventories.
Required profile
- Student of Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a similar function.
- Results‑oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Experience with inventory management systems such as WMS, SAP, and SYNASE.
- Knowledge of storage and inventory best practices.
