Senior Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited, a beverage sales and distribution company in Kingston, Jamaica, is hiring a Senior Warehouse Coordinator. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the role covers the logistics of receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and inventory policy, while ensuring delivery schedules are met and inventory loss is prevented.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure load accuracy at check-in and check-out by counting and validating against SAP and MC1 load sheets
• Complete SAP inventory postings for all products received or dispatched
• Document quantity, quality and expiration dates of products received from the parent company (purchase order management)
• Compare product labels and SKUs against delivery notes and purchase orders, and record damaged goods, defects or shortages
• Ensure goods are loaded and dispatched according to FIFO and correctly loaded on delivery trucks
• Track and document shipment arrival and departure times, and complete the weekly BBE report
• Monitor shift timelines, lunch breaks for 3PL warehouse associates and forklift operators, and track task completion and shift handovers
• Maintain good housekeeping and good manufacturing practices, and take part in daily, weekly and monthly stock counts
• Follow occupational health and safety best practices

Required profile

• Associate degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehousing environment
• Shift work: predominantly 10pm to 6am, 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10am, with exposure to a distribution centre and warehouse environment
• Frequent to moderate walking within the distribution centre, office and warehouse, and wearing of PPE
