People and Culture Manager – Lead Organizational Excellence

About the role

The People and Culture Manager will join the Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute a forward‑thinking people strategy that aligns with the organisation’s vision. This senior position goes beyond traditional HR, driving culture, talent, and organisational capability to ensure long‑term sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for People & Culture, Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience and HR Digital Transformation.
• Design and implement a People Strategy that supports the company’s strategic priorities.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing, values‑driven culture that encourages engagement, collaboration, innovation and accountability.
• Partner with executive leadership to strengthen organisational capability and workforce readiness.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, organisational development projects and continuous‑improvement programmes.
• Develop leadership and talent pipelines to secure sustainable success.
• Modernise people practices through data‑driven decision‑making, HR technology and people analytics.

Required skills

• Knowledge of OrangeHR (or similar HRIS).
• Proficiency with HR technology platforms.
