About the role

Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow its Corporate and Commercial Banking portfolio in Kingston. The role focuses on cross‑selling, upselling, retaining existing customers and acquiring new business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market and sales plans to acquire new corporate clients.
• Manage a portfolio of borrowing and non‑borrowing accounts, ensuring effective relationship management.
• Conduct financial analysis, recommend terms, pricing and covenants in partnership with the Credit Solutions Manager.
• Maintain market profile, gather client feedback and provide differentiated business and financial advice.
• Monitor credit risk, perform credit reviews and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies, Finance or Economics from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of banking experience, including corporate lending and loan administration.
• Thorough knowledge of Jamaica’s corporate and commercial banking market and relevant regulations.
• Strong communication, networking and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Proficiency with word processing applications (e.g., Microsoft Word).
