Sales Agent – Printers & Toner Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven background in selling printers, toner, printer supplies, repair services, and maintenance programs. The ideal candidate has an established client base and a strong network of business customers who rely on dependable printing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell printers, toner, ink, supplies, repair services, and preventive‑maintenance programs.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing business customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, prospecting, and client outreach.
• Assess customer printing needs and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer accounts, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling printers, toner, printer supplies, repairs, maintenance, or managed print services.
• An established clientele, book of business, or strong network of commercial customers.
• Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing a sales territory independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for customer visits.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools is a plus.
