Sales Communications Specialist

About the role

The Sales Communications Specialist supports the Business‑to‑Consumer (B2C) sales organization by creating clear, engaging, and actionable communications. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and other cross‑functional teams, you will help frontline sales teams understand priorities, products, offers and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales communications that drive awareness, engagement and frontline execution.
• Participate in communication planning, including audience identification, channel selection and prioritisation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with business objectives, campaigns and product launches.
• Create sales content such as emails, articles, presentations, job aids, collateral, product messaging and news blasts.
• Translate marketing briefs, product information and technical content into frontline‑friendly communications.
• Coordinate development, review, approval and distribution of communications across multiple channels.
• Maintain communication calendars, project timelines and content repositories.
• Track performance and engagement using analytics, KPIs and frontline feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and overall frontline experience.
• Research competitive trends and best practices to enhance sales communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, communications, marketing, sales enablement or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise and engaging content.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple assignments and deadlines.
