Account Executive - PR Agency

About the role

PR ETC Limited, an integrated communications agency founded in 2012, is hiring an Account Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Kingston, Jamaica. The Account Executive manages day-to-day client relationships, coordinates campaign activities and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present communication plans and prepare proposals and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance and support the execution of PR, digital and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal creative and strategy teams and keep clients informed.
• Help turn client objectives into actionable solutions, contribute to brainstorming sessions and track budgets.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the agency's standards for quality and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client service skills, including relationship building, project coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to prepare reports, proposals and client presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related field preferred.
• Relevant agency or communications experience is beneficial, especially managing multiple clients or projects.

• Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management and interpreting campaign data.
• Teamwork with creative, digital and strategy professionals.
• Familiarity with digital media platforms and basic marketing tools; interest in storytelling and behaviour change communication is an advantage.
