Sales Representative – Printers, Toner & Managed Print Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to promote printers, toner, supplies, repair services and managed print solutions to commercial customers in Jamaica. The ideal candidate already has a solid client base and can build long‑term relationships with business users who need reliable printing technology.

Key responsibilities

• Sell printers, toner, ink, supplies, repair services and preventive‑maintenance programs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing business customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, prospecting and client outreach.
• Assess customer printing needs and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and service agreements.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer accounts and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling printers, toner, supplies, repairs, maintenance or managed print services.
• Established clientele or strong network of commercial customers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to manage a sales territory independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for customer visits.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience using sales reporting tools.
