Senior Manager, Operations and Logistics

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations and Logistics to lead its island‑wide distribution network. The role provides strategic leadership, direction and oversight of all Distribution Centre operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Distribution Centre operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that improve service levels, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, continuous improvement initiatives and best‑practice implementation.
• Oversee warehouse, inventory, dispatch, transportation and distribution activities to ensure cost‑effective operations.
• Lead and develop Distribution Centre Managers, fostering a high‑performance culture through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, parent‑company stakeholders and third‑party partners to align operational capabilities with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and health‑and‑safety standards while promoting risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline (MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain is an asset).
• Minimum 10 years progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing or supply‑chain operations.
• At least 5 years experience leading multiple operational sites and managing large, multi‑level teams.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement and cost optimisation.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage, distribution, manufacturing or logistics environments is highly desirable.
