Senior Manager – Strategic Transformation Consulting

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead Deloitte's Strategic Transformation practice in Jamaica, advising top‑tier clients on corporate strategy, M&A, valuations and financial modeling. You will drive excellence across engagements, foster innovation, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex portfolio of key clients and lead multidisciplinary engagement teams.
• Provide expert advice on corporate strategy, M&A, valuation, financial modeling and transaction structuring.
• Identify and champion innovation opportunities, including adoption of new technologies and industry standards.
• Develop team capabilities, allocate resources effectively, and collaborate with the broader Deloitte network.
• Lead business development activities, prepare proposals and deliver client presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Professional designation such as PMP, ACCA, CA, ACA, CPA, CFA, CBV, ASA, ICVS, CAIA, CFE or ABV.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in consulting, audit or related services, with exposure to business strategy, M&A, valuations or corporate finance.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring teams.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale client engagements and practice management, preferably within Financial Services or similar sectors.
