Vacation Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Vacation Account Manager to provide personalized support to clients throughout the reservation process. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to understand preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities, then present suitable vacation and reservation options.
• Assist with reservations, monitor payments, deadlines, confirmations, and follow‑up requirements.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records in CRM and other company systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers as needed and resolve client concerns.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
