Vice President – Asset Management & Research

About the role

The Vice President – Asset Management & Research leads the investment strategy, portfolio construction, and research architecture for the Group’s asset management platform. This senior position integrates macroeconomic analysis, research insights, and disciplined portfolio processes to deliver superior risk‑adjusted returns.

Key responsibilities

• Guide asset‑allocation decisions across fixed income, equities, alternatives, and multi‑asset portfolios.
• Design and implement portfolio construction frameworks for discretionary portfolios and investment funds.
• Oversee performance of investment portfolios, ensuring competitive absolute and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Ensure compliance with investment policy statements, regulatory limits, and internal risk parameters.
• Provide leadership for collective investment schemes, including mutual funds and unit trusts.
• Support business‑development initiatives to secure new asset‑management clients.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑asset portfolio management.
• Strong strategic oversight of investment research and asset‑allocation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to align investment decisions with firm‑wide philosophy and regulatory requirements.
