Business Development Manager – Digital & Print Solutions

About the role

Yello Media Group is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to connect businesses with digital, print, and SaaS advertising solutions. You will manage revenue targets, nurture client relationships, and drive growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through new business acquisition, renewals, upselling and cross‑selling of print, digital and SaaS solutions.
• Develop trusted partnerships with senior decision‑makers, manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, and provide accurate forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor portfolio health, addressing cancellations, overdue accounts and revenue adjustments promptly.

Required profile

• Approximately five years of progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, digital services or SaaS.
• Proven success in consultative selling, account development and revenue delivery.
• Strong digital fluency and practical knowledge of print directory advertising, ad formats, placement options and publication cycles.
• Excellent communication, organization and customer‑service skills.
