About the role
ARD2K Furniture Gallery, a leading furniture retailer in Kingston, Jamaica, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales on the showroom floor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assist with product selection and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately, maintain a clean sales floor and ensure pricing is up‑to‑date.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while handling inquiries via phone, social media, WhatsApp and the website.
- Support merchandising, update the customer database and resolve any customer issues.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 CXC subjects or an Associate's Degree.
- At least two years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in furniture or home décor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Experience using CRM software (preferred).
