Content Creation Intern

About the role

The Content Creation Intern will join Dunns Electrical’s marketing team in Kingston, Jamaica, to support the production of digital and print communications. This on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience in drafting social media posts, product descriptions, and internal newsletters while working closely with marketing and operations staff.

Key responsibilities

• Gather information from various departments and draft short‑form content for social media, marketing materials, and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining organized content files, calendars, and brand guidelines.
• Support the scheduling and publishing of social media updates.
• Revise and improve content based on feedback from supervisors.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow content guidelines.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kingston and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience using content management or calendar tools to organize publishing schedules.
