Creator Relationship Manager – YouTube (US Creators)

About the role

Oxford Natural, a UK‑based health and wellness brand, is seeking a motivated Creator Relationship Manager to build and manage a portfolio of US‑based YouTube creators from Jamaica. This commercial, relationship‑focused role involves recruiting creators, onboarding them, and driving long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and recruit US YouTube creators, building a personal pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct outreach, present Oxford Natural’s creator programme, negotiate partnership terms and sign creators.
• Guide new creators through onboarding, ensuring they understand products, deliverables and earning opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining regular communication and supporting creators with campaigns and questions.
• Monitor creator performance, identify growth opportunities, re‑engage inactive creators and expand the roster.

Required profile

• Commercially driven with a strong results orientation.
• Confident in initiating conversations, sales and negotiation.
• Personable, proactive and highly organised.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a growing creator roster.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in YouTube creators and online content.
