About the role
Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios is hiring a Cook on a fixed-term contract. The Cook reports to the Executive Chef and is accountable for helping prepare and serve food that is consistently excellent. The ideal candidate is a team player who is carefully trained, multi-skilled, flexible, courteous and friendly.
Required profile
- NCTVET certification in culinary studies
- At least one year of experience in this field
- Valid Food Handler's Permit
- Ability to withstand the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work well with peers and leaders at all levels
Required skills
- Working knowledge of the basic culinary arts
- Hands-on experience preparing meals in bulk
