About the role
Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios is looking for a Watersports Attendant on a fixed-term contract. The role supports guests during watersports activities and helps keep the beach area clean and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in keeping the beach and its surroundings free of debris.
- Help guests take part in watersports activities in a safe and friendly environment.
- Make sure all watersports tools and equipment are cared for and meet public safety regulations and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year of experience in the same or a similar position.
- Valid Royal Life Saving Society and NRCA Lifeguard certification.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in challenging situations, on flexible hours and any day of the week.
- Positive work ethic and attitude, and a team player.
