Houseman

About the role

Couples Sans Souci in Ocho Rios is looking for a Houseman. The Houseman is responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and presentability of rooms and public areas of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Receive clean linen and supplies from Laundry and transport them to the Housekeeping storage rooms on the floors, and refill par stock of linen on each floor.
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting and make sure corridors and rails are clean.
• Walk assigned floors at the start, during and at the end of the shift to collect trash, soiled linen and other items and move them to the designated areas.

Required profile

• High school certification.
• At least one year of experience in the same or a similar position.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to work in challenging situations, with flexible hours and on any day of the week.
• Positive work ethic and attitude, and a team player.
