Customer Success Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

The Customer Success Coordinator supports the Customer Success Manager by guiding customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a positive experience with Reddie’s products.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and training, and follow up to ensure adoption.
• Respond to inquiries, track support tickets, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain regular communication to assess satisfaction, identify concerns, and support retention.
• Communicate recurring issues and feedback to Development and Product teams, and assist with testing new features.
• Maintain accurate records, track satisfaction metrics, and prepare routine reports on inquiries and onboarding status.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, success, or technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across departments.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or business preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with support ticketing platforms.
• Proficiency in reporting tools.
