Distribution Centre Manager - Annotto Bay

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited, a joint venture between Red Stripe and Pepsi Cola Jamaica serving beverages across Jamaica, is looking for a Distribution Centre Manager in Annotto Bay. The manager leads all warehouse and distribution operations so that goods are received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched efficiently, with strong inventory control, cost efficiency, safety compliance and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse and distribution activities, including inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch, and optimise layout, space use and workflow.
• Maintain SOPs and accurate stock records through audits and cycle counts, and plan deliveries to meet OTIF targets with transport providers.
• Keep inventory levels optimal while minimising holding and obsolescence costs, and investigate stock variances, damages and losses.
• Manage warehouse and distribution budgets, controlling labour, transport and operational costs.
• Lead, coach and develop multi-shift teams, oversee workforce planning, performance management, training and disciplinary processes, and promote safety, accountability and teamwork.
• Report KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, picking accuracy, productivity, shrinkage and cost per unit, and support Lean, 5S, WMS and ERP improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and regulations, lead safety audits and risk assessments, and oversee safe handling and storage of goods, including hazardous or temperature-sensitive items.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large teams and multi-shift operations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, WMS and logistics best practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
