- Identify risks and issues and manage remediation strategies.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality and quality across deliverables and take on other duties assigned to the L&D team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, or one extra year of relevant experience in place of it.
- At least two years of recent experience in a professional services firm or similar environment.
- Experience supporting administration, coordination or programs across multiple workstreams or projects.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, research, project management and business analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel and Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Creating and maintaining reports, trackers, documentation and data sets.
- Project management tools such as Clarizen and Smartsheet.
Work is hybrid: at least five days per month in the office, with occasional extended hours or public holidays. Paperless work using information systems throughout the day, and use of KPMG-approved generative AI tools is expected.
