About the role

Join the iconic No7 brand as a Beauty & Skincare Consultant, helping customers discover confidence through personalized advice and science‑led products. You will work within a Boots store environment, delivering expert consultations and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the 12‑month Skin School programme and obtain a CIBTAC qualification.
• Provide personalised skincare and makeup consultations using innovative tools.
• Explain No7 product science in clear, customer‑friendly language.
• Offer expert makeup advice, including shade matching and routine building.
• Drive sales by promoting offers, new launches and product innovations.
• Maintain a well‑presented counter that reflects the premium yet accessible brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the wider Boots team to achieve commercial targets.
