Non-Licensed Insurance Representative

About the role

The Non-Licensed Insurance Representative will build rapport with customers, handle inbound inquiries, and support licensed agents in delivering quality insurance service.

Key responsibilities

• Establish trust with customers and convey actions taken on insurance policies.
• Complete business functions within turnaround objectives with high accuracy.
• Manage communications across calls, chats, and emails, tracking outcomes diligently.
• Collaborate with licensed agents to resolve service requests and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in special projects and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English, or equivalent U.S. high school diploma/GED.
• Valid government ID, TRN and NIS card.
• Flexible availability for any shift, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to pass drug test and criminal background check.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Basic PC keyboarding and computer navigation.
• Experience with CRM applications (preferred).
• Tech‑savvy troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
