Sales Leader (Contract)

About the role

Centerfield, a digital marketing solutions provider based in Jamaica, is looking for a contract Sales Leader in Portmore. The leader keeps a team of Sales Specialists moving forward and helping them exceed their individual and team goals. The role involves managing up to 20 team members who handle inbound contacts such as phone calls, sales leads and web orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 20 team members, mainly handling inbound contacts (phone calls, sales leads and web orders) from home services and business services customers.
• Ensure team members meet or exceed operational standards and help maintain customer telephone sales and service levels.
• Coach and develop employees through business-driven, customer-focused decisions.
• Deliver feedback on team members while balancing it with day-to-day activities and administrative duties.

Required profile

• Proven ability to drive results and ensure employee engagement and development.
• Fun, enthusiastic and motivational personality, able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Minimum of one year of prior sales leadership or supervisory experience.
• Prior contact center experience, preferably inbound and/or sales.
• Ability to understand, implement and enforce policies and procedures.
