Head of Partnerships – Caribbean Sports Sponsorships

About the role

We are seeking a highly connected Head of Partnerships to lead commercial development for a fast‑growing sports entertainment group operating across the Caribbean. The role focuses on building complete commercial ecosystems that connect tourism ministries, hospitality groups, and regional brands with premium combat‑sports properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sponsorship strategy across the Caribbean, identifying opportunities from local event sponsors to multi‑million‑dollar naming‑rights deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with tourism ministries, convention & visitors bureaus, economic development agencies and municipal governments to position events as tourism drivers.
• Identify, negotiate and close commercial partnership agreements with airlines, hotels, financial services, telecommunications, consumer goods, beverage, retail, automotive, gaming and lifestyle brands.
• Structure sponsorship packages that deliver measurable ROI for sponsors and sustainable revenue for the sports properties.
• Collaborate directly with founders as a strategic partner, shaping the commercial ecosystem and long‑term partnership roadmap.

Required profile

• Extensive network within the Caribbean business community, including tourism ministries, hospitality groups and major regional brands.
• Proven track record in securing high‑value sponsorships or commercial partnerships in sports, entertainment or related sectors.
• Deep understanding of how to navigate differing business cultures across Caribbean islands.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with ability to align multiple stakeholders.
