Area Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Secrets & Breathless Resorts in Montego Bay is looking for an experienced Area Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue strategy across its properties. The role focuses on optimizing pricing, inventory, distribution, and reservations performance while enhancing guest experience and total hotel revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies to optimize pricing, inventory, distribution, and reservations performance.
• Maximize market share, guest experience, and total hotel revenue.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and Operations to execute commercial strategies.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, special projects, buyouts, charter guarantees, and airline crew contracts.
• Monitor market trends, travel patterns, and airlift changes to anticipate demand shifts and proactively adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business goals.
• Lead a team of revenue analysts and provide mentorship.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, including multi‑property leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Excel and related data management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Experience with Yield Management and Reservations Systems; EZRMS preferred.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in multi‑property environments.
