Area Director of Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Director of Revenue Management to join our team and lead the revenue strategy for Secrets & Breathless Resorts in Montego Bay. The role will develop and execute revenue strategies across pricing, inventory, distribution and reservations to maximise market share, guest experience and overall hotel revenue, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing, inventory, distribution and reservation strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Operations teams to provide strategic and analytical support for key business initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years progressive revenue management experience in hospitality, including multi‑property leadership.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into strategic business decisions.
• Excellent command of English and a university degree in Sales & Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Data management and Yield Management.
• Reservations systems experience; EZRMS preferred.
