Commission-Based Financial Advisor – Belmont Dukes

About the role

The Belmont Dukes branch is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to join the team on a commission‑based basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will promote Sagicor’s financial products, build lasting client relationships, and deliver value‑added service.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell the company’s financial products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide personalized, value‑added financial advice and support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

Required profile

• Minimum five CXC/GCE O’Level subjects, including a numeric subject.
• Tertiary education is an asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle.
• Ordinary Long‑Term and Equity Licences are advantageous.
• Previous sales training or experience is a plus; training will be provided.

• Sound knowledge of PC application software.
