Digital Impact Officer (ICT)

About the role

The Digital Impact Officer supports the planning, coordination, and continuous improvement of UNICEF's Caribbean Multi‑Country Office (MCO) enterprise ICT environment, ensuring secure, reliable digital services across twelve programme countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on enterprise ICT, digital modernization, architecture, cybersecurity, governance and business continuity.
• Ensure availability and performance of core ICT services, platforms and digital workplace tools.
• Oversee cybersecurity compliance and manage digital risks to maintain operational continuity.
• Promote adoption of standardized platforms, automation tools and data‑driven solutions to improve workflows and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate the distributed ICT service delivery model, integrating centralized management with external providers and inter‑agency support.

Required profile

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT management and business operations within a large international organization.
