Manager, Deposit & Investment

About the role

The Manager, Deposit & Investment Products will lead the strategy, development and performance of deposit and investment offerings across the Caribbean. You will ensure products meet profitability targets, regulatory standards and the bank’s strategic goals while delivering a superior client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic product initiatives, including enhancements, pricing, value propositions and new launches.
• Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics and implement corrective actions to improve results.
• Manage the deposit and investment portfolio to align with business objectives and client needs.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis to identify trends and support growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, distribution channels and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead pricing reviews, fee revisions and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through market intelligence and product innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, financial services, product management or product development.
• Experience managing deposit, investment or other retail banking products.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven project and change management capabilities.
