About the role

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team during the resort’s reopening phase. You will ensure polished beverage service, responsible operations, and effective stock control.

Key responsibilities

Supervise bartenders and porters during service
Monitor drink quality, speed and guest engagement
Manage opening, closing and stock procedures
Train teams on recipes, hygiene and responsible service
Resolve guest concerns and report shift issues

Required profile

Experienced bartender with supervisory capability
Knowledge of cocktails, inventory and beverage controls
Strong guest service, leadership and communication
Ability to work peak and late‑evening shifts
