Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead service shifts at Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa, ensuring smooth operations and consistently positive guest experiences during the resort's reopening phase.

Key responsibilities

• Brief and assign servers, hosts, and support staff for each shift.
• Monitor table service quality, dining flow, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and perform service recovery when needed.
• Check hygiene standards, presentation, and outlet readiness before and during service.
• Track shift performance metrics and coach staff to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Restaurant service experience with team‑lead exposure.
• Strong knowledge of service etiquette and outlet operations.
• Ability to motivate teams and manage busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and guest problem‑solving skills.
