About the role

Lead safe, engaging and well‑organized watersports and beach activities for resort guests. Join the reopening team and ensure memorable aquatic experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily aquatic activity operations.
• Oversee staffing, training and safety briefings.
• Maintain equipment inspections and activity readiness.
• Monitor guest participation, service and incident response.
• Manage operational supplies, reporting and applicable compliance.

Required profile

• Leadership experience in watersports or aquatic recreation.
• Relevant activity safety and rescue qualifications as required.
• Strong team leadership and guest engagement skills.
• Knowledge of equipment care, risk controls and weather decisions.
