About the role
The role focuses on ensuring reliable refrigeration and cooling equipment to maintain food safety and support resort operations. You will join the reopening team to keep all cooling assets running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Service walk‑in coolers, freezers and refrigeration units.
- Diagnose cooling, compressor and control‑system faults.
- Perform preventive maintenance and performance checks.
- Monitor temperature performance and advise on corrective action.
- Maintain service records and follow refrigerant safety rules.
Required profile
- Refrigeration/HVAC training or trade qualification.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of refrigerant handling and safe maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.
