Banking Support Associate

About the role

The Banking Support Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for banking consumers, handling inbound calls and providing high‑quality customer service. You will address inquiries about accounts, products, payments and general maintenance while ensuring a professional and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from banking customers and resolve account‑related issues.
• Process payments, perform account maintenance, and upsell relevant products or services.
• Assess customer needs, guide them appropriately, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old with at least 2‑3 CXC/GCE subjects including English, or equivalent high‑school qualification.
• Valid government ID, TRN and NIS card; able to pass background and drug checks.
• Flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 35 wpm with 80 % accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic PC keyboarding.
• Experience with CRM applications and ability to multitask across multiple systems.
