Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Digita Global Marketing Ltd. (DGM), a full-service creative, advertising and marketing agency based in Kingston, Jamaica, is recruiting a Digital Marketing Lead. The role involves strategizing, planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns for clients and leading a team of digital marketing specialists. It is a remote position requiring a reliable computer and stable internet connection, with occasional travel for client meetings or company events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising and content marketing.
• Oversee campaign creation, management and optimization, including budget allocation, audience targeting and conversion rate optimization.
• Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, giving guidance, support and feedback to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to turn business goals and audience needs into effective strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis, and monitor KPIs to report results to clients and management.
• Implement website optimization, UX improvement and CRO best practices, and work with designers, content creators and developers on assets such as landing pages.
• Stay current with tools, technologies and industry regulations, including data privacy laws and advertising guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar, with a track record of running successful campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project management skills; self-motivated and able to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with digital marketing regulations, data privacy laws and ethical practices.
