Remote Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Huzzle is recruiting a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to lead and run high-impact marketing campaigns for a growing international company. You will own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, email marketing and content campaigns, helping to scale brand awareness, generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth. The role suits a performance-driven marketer in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Oversee SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives
• Lead email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Manage content marketing and campaign calendars
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for ROI and conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts
• Oversee marketing budgets and allocate spend efficiently
• Conduct A/B testing and performance reporting

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles
• Proven track record managing paid media budgets and delivering measurable ROI
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing and conversion optimisation
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Experience in a remote environment preferred; background in SaaS, tech, eCommerce or B2B marketing is a plus
