Senior Supervisor, Accounting Services

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead the End of Term and Vendor Servicing teams. You will manage client expectations, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure effective communication across staff and project personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑of‑term process for lessee contracts, handling an average of 20 daily calls with customers and dealers.
• Coordinate with vendors on lease terms, negotiate balances, rates, and resolve payment disputes.
• Contribute to departmental business plans, strategic direction, and improvement of accounting systems and controls.
• Review expenditure, payment, and outstanding reports for proper authorization and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on initiatives, process improvement, and client communications.
• Support the Senior Manager with day‑to‑day administrative activities and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Supervises daily tasks of complex accounting teams, directing six or more employees.
• Sets priorities, mentors employees, and ensures deadlines are met.
• Resolves day‑to‑day technical and operational problems.
• Communicates effectively in writing and verbally, maintaining positive relationships.
• Holds a degree in Accounting or Business Administration with 2–3 years of accounting and leasing experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to motivate a team.
